Serendip home care formed on 1st April 2018 as part of Hillyfield Rest Home in Milford on Sea.

Having worked in corporate care and the telecom sector for over 15 years, Sasi & Sai have reached a stage in their life where they want to make a real difference to the society in which we live. They believe passionately in the importance and value of the service we provide to older people and frail members of our community, so have dedicated the last 12 years establishing care homes and most recently Serendip Home care in the New forest. At Serendip, our pleasantly cheerful team will make your life happier and better!

Alison Has many years of experience working in the Care Sector. Alison is qualified in Leadership and management with recent refreshed management standards. Alison also has levels 2 & 3 National Vocational qualification in Health & Social Care, specialising in Dementia. Alison is also qualified to level 4 in Health and Safety. Alison has recently directed her own business in Health & Social Care Training, Health & Safety and is a qualified First Aid trainer assessor and quality assurer. Alison joined the team at Hillyfield in July 2020

Kate Crawford
Kate had 12 years’ experience in health and social care sector. Kate has level 2 in health and social care and completed her ILM level 3 diploma in management in 2019. In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Kate wants to support her care team with hands on approach and build good working relationship with everyone and support her team to provide the elderly with outstanding care. In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and cars
Norma Baker
Clinical Care Coordinator
Norma Baker
Norma has initially worked as Head of Care Hillyfield Rest Home for a long time before taking the role as clinical care coordinator with Serendip. She is truly dedicated to her work with a passion for keeping people at home with good support and companionship. Norma has ongoing Dementia training, with a Level 5 diploma advanced apprenticeship in leadership and management, she is First Aid and Medication trained with over 10 years’ experience of client’s clinical needs. Norma has a love for cats in her spare time she adopts those that have no loving homes from the local cats home.
Andrea Barrett
Care Coordinator
Andrea Barrett
Andrea has joined Serendip in July 2019 as a carer and have found this job to be very rewarding. After spending 12 months getting to know our clients, she felt it was the right time to take on more of a responsibility and accepted the position of Care Coordinator. Andrea has been a keen horse rider since the age of 8 and owned horses for the past 23 years. During this time, she has taken part in endurance rides and sponsored rides raising money for the Air Ambulance and animal charities. She has always been a huge animal lover and have 2 rescue dogs and guinea pigs.
