Having worked in corporate care and the telecom sector for over 15 years, Sasi & Sai have reached a stage in their life where they want to make a real difference to the society in which we live. They believe passionately in the importance and value of the service we provide to older generation and vulnerable members of our community, so have dedicated the last 12 years establishing care homes and most recently Serendip Home care in the New forest. At Serendip, our pleasantly cheerful team will make your life happier and better!

Kate has Joined Serendip Home Care In July 2020 as a Deputy Manager and worked her way through to become Manager of Serendip. Kate has 14 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector in various roles. Kate has level 2 in Health and Social Care and completed her ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management in 2019. Kate has recently completed her Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care. Kate is the Registered Manager for Serendip Home Care, in 2021 Kate has also been Registered Manager for Hillyfield Rest Home for, our sister company. She had full hands while running two services, Kate has chosen to run only Serendip from February 2022. Kate is ambitious, caring and hard working. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her partner and kids. Kate wants to support her care team with a hands-on approach and build good working relationships with everyone and support her team to provide vulnerable adults with outstanding care.

Lynn Parrish
Lynn has joined Serendip in January 2020 as a Health Care Assistant and has found this job to be very rewarding. Previously Lynn had no experience in the Care Sector but with the support and training provided excelled in her position and really had a passion for the job. After spending 12 months getting to know our clients, she felt it was the right time to take on more of a responsibility and accepted the position of Care Coordinator. Lynn has recently passed her Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. She really surprised herself and passed this with a Distinction. In her spare time, Lynn likes going out with family and completing different activities and attending music concerts. Lynn also enjoys baking and makes amazing cupcakes! Lynn is an asset to the team. Lynn supports the Registered Manager in the running of the service.

Debbie joined Serendip Home Care in October 2022. She has 8 years of experience working in the health and social care sector. Debbie has had various leading roles. She holds a diploma in Health and social care and currently studying for Health and social care BA honours degree. Debbie shares our passion to provide our clients with the best possible care packages and person-centred care as well as leads her team to keep up with our high standards of care. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys walking her dog on the beach and spending time with her family by doing some crazy activities like wrestling and attending car shows.
