Now based in Ashley, New Milton, we’re committed to offering a variety of services tailored to Individual Needs, from Personal Care and Meal Preparation to Companionship and More. With over 30 years of Family-run experience in the Care Sector, we pride ourselves on creating Tailor-Made Care Packages at affordable costs, with no hidden charges. Our approach is all about Understanding and Catering to the Unique Preferences and requirements of You and your Loved Ones, ensuring a Compassionate, Person-Centred Experience every step of the way.

We are pleased to introduce Kate, our esteemed Registered Manager, who joined Serendip Home Care in 2020. Kate comes with a wealth of experience, having managed our sister company, Hillyfield Rest Home, showcasing her dedication to her role. Kate brings with her an impressive 16 years of experience in the Health Care Sector, where she has excelled in various roles such as Carer, Team Leader, Supervisor, Deputy, and demonstrated proficiency in HR Management, Accounting, People Management, Safeguarding, and Quality Assurance. Kate has consistently showcased her leadership capabilities, steering the team towards maintaining high-quality standards. She has become a well-known and respected figure in our local community for her dedication to providing excellent care. Her educational background includes the completion of Level 3 ILM in Management and Level 5 in Health and Social Care, further solidifying her expertise in these areas. Kate is known for her approachable nature, ambition, and hands-on approach in supporting the team in every aspect of their work. We are fortunate to have Kate as an integral part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to benefit from her wealth of experience and leadership.

Deputy Manager

Lynn joined Serendip in July 2019 as a Carer and has found this job to be very rewarding. After spending 12 months getting to know our clients, she felt it was the right time to take on more responsibility and accepted the position of Care Coordinator. Lynn has completed her Qualification level 3 in Health and Social Care. In her spare time, Lynn likes going out with family and completing different activities and attending music concerts. Lynn is an asset to the team. Lynn is a 1st point of contact for all enquiries.

Care Coordinator

Jaime Joined Serendip in January 2022 as a Care Assistant. She has been working hard to provide our clients with excellent care support and has proven that she goes over and beyond for our clients. Recently Jaime accepted part time role of Junior Care Coordinator. She is learning her role well Jaime is in the process completing her level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.

With a robust background in HR management, performance optimization, and an unwavering commitment to employee well-being, he is dedicated to making a substantial contribution to the success of the organization.
